My name is Kathryn Fitzgerald, and I am here to support you in life, relationships, regulation, expression, and creativity! I am so glad you have found Gallimaufry Coaching and Creative Services, where personal growth meets with artistic expression. My business name, “Gallimaufry,” means a confused jumble or medley of things, and it perfectly captures the wide-ranging, tailored, and wonderfully diverse set of services I offer to help you thrive!
My trauma-informed coaching services include life and parent coaching, parenting classes, body doubling, brainspotting, and grief education. As a way to make coaching costs more affordable, I also offer creative services like artistic support groups, individual art lessons, custom art, window painting, and murals to inspire community connection and personal expression. With every art commission, I can offer more low-cost and volunteer services to individuals and families in the community and around the world! Join me in a journey of transformation and creativity, where every step is designed to help you thrive.

About Coaching Services
Life is complex, but getting the support you need doesn’t have to be. I strive to partner with therapists and other specialists to create a comprehensive, collaborative care team dynamic, ensuring holistic support for every client and family.
I believe coaching should be accessible for those that need it, and I offer financial assistance options for motivated individuals and families. Please, do not let financial limitations to keep you from receiving the support you need.

As a professional artist, I love bringing art and creativity into a healing and growth space, as well as out to the community! My art sales enable me to make my coaching costs lower, and I love finding ways to support my family and other families at the same time! My creative services include: Window Painting, Murals, Commissioned Paintings, Wood Burning, Illustration, Paint and Sip Nights, Group Events, Classes, and just about any new artistic venture you can dream up!
